In the plum season, you need to take advantage of the moment. Today we have a charlotte with plums for tea. Aromatic, tasty, juicy.

Ingredients

  • Plums – 300-400 g
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Sugar – 1 glass (150-200 g, to taste)
  • Flour – 1 cup (150 g)
  • Salt – 1 pinch

Directions

  1. Wash the plums.
  2. Peel the plums and cut them into pieces.
  3. Turn on the oven.
    Break eggs into a bowl.
  4. Add sugar and a pinch of salt.
  5. Beat everything well with a mixer, 5 minutes, until a stable foam. (Sugar can be added not immediately, but gradually, with whipping, on a spoon).
  6. Sift the flour to the surface, adding in small portions.
  7. Stir slowly with a wooden spoon from bottom to top until smooth.
Grease the mold with oil (you can sprinkle it with semolina or flour).
  8. Pour half of the dough into a mold, then add the plums.
  9. Pour the remaining dough over the plums. Put the form with the dough on the middle shelf in the oven preheated to 180 degrees.
  10. Bake the plum charlotte until tender, about 40 minutes. Do not open the oven during baking!
Cool the charlotte in the form.
  11. Plum Charlotte is ready.

Enjoy your meal!
