Ingredients

  • 300 g plums, prepared, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch, (slightly heaped )
  • 120 g suar
  • 150 g cream cheese, (possibly also the lean version)
  • 2 pinches cinnamon, ground
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 150 g whipped cream, (cream)
  • some water or red fruit juice

Instructions

  1. Heat the plums with the 120 g sugar in a saucepan on the stove. Possibly add a little bit of water so that nothing works. Usually not necessary for very juicy fruits. Let the whole simmer gently for about 3 minutes.
  2. Mix the starch in a little water or red fruit juice,
  3. Tie the plums with it and let the whole thing cool down.
  4. In the next step, the plums are pureed together with the cream cheese.
  5. Now distribute the plum cream over 2 tall glasses.
  6. Flavor the cream with a little cinnamon and the 2 teaspoons of sugar and beat until stiff.
  7. Now distribute the cream in equal parts over the plum cream and decorate as desired.
