Ingredients

  • 560 g plums (cinnamon plums in a lass)
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 100 g Russian bread
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ vanilla paste
  • some cinnamon

Plum Dessert with Mascarpone and Russian Bread

Instructions

  1. Drain the plums and collect the juice. Then cut the fruit into pieces about 5 cents in size. Knock the Russian bread into small pieces.
  2. Mix the mascarpone with 10 tablespoons of the collected juice. Fold in the cinnamon, vanilla paste and vanilla sugar.
  3. Then layer the dessert in a medium bowl. Starting with the Russian bread, drizzle some plum juice over it, then spread a layer of mascarpone cream and at the end a layer of plums. Layer it 3 times in total, sprinkle some cinnamon over each of the plums if necessary.
  4. Now put the dessert in the fridge for a few more hours and a simple and delicious dessert is ready.
