  • 2 egg whites, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Bring the plums to the boil with water, 50 g sugar and the cinnamon stick, simmer for 3 minutes. Now stir the vanilla sauce powder with a little water until smooth. Then mix with the plums.
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff, pour in 100 g of sugar and finally fold in the lemon juice. Fish the cinnamon out of the plums and put the plums in a baking dish.
  3. Spread the meringue on top. Bake in a preheated oven (top / bottom heat: 225 ° C, fan oven: 200 ° C) for 5 - 8 minutes until golden brown.
