  • 1 kg plum (s), prepared, weighed and halved
  • 0.5 kg ½ preserving sugar, 2: 1
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the plums, cinnamon powder and preserving sugar in a large saucepan. Let it steep for 3-4 hours. Then bring to the boil over high heat, stirring constantly, and simmer for at least 4 minutes.
  2. Immediately pour the jam into prepared twist-off jars and close.
