Ingredients

  • 2 kg plum (s), or 3 glasses 395 g drained weight
  • 200 g marzipan raw mixture
  • 250 g butter
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • some bitter almond aroma
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 75 g cornstarch
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 30 g almond (s), (flakes)

Instructions

  1. Halve and stone the plums, coarsely grate the marzipan. Mix the soft fat with 200 g sugar, vanilla sugar, bitter almond oil and salt until frothy, stir in the eggs one by one. Mix the flour with the starch and baking powder and stir in, fold in the marzipan.
  2. Place the dough on a baking sheet or drip pan lined with baking paper, smooth it out and cover it tightly with plums. Mix the remaining sugar (50 g) with the flaked almonds and sprinkle over the plums.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Whipped cream tastes good with it!
