Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 180 g butter, liquid
  • 180 g suar
  • 4 large egg (s)
  • 350 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda

For covering:

  • 750 g quark
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 packs pudding powder, vanilla
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 lemon (s), untreated
  • 2 kg plum (s), pitted

For the sprinkles:

  • 250 g flour
  • 120 g butter, liquid
  • 200 g suar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients for the dough into a batter and spread on a baking sheet.
  2. For the topping, mix the quark, eggs, pudding powder, lemon zest and lemon juice as well as sugar to a smooth mass and distribute evenly on the dough. Place the halved plums (also works great with frozen fruits) on top like a roof tile.
  3. For the crumble mix the flour, sugar and cinnamon. Work the melted butter slowly into the flour mixture with a fork. Spread the streusel over the plums.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
