Ingredients

For the yeast dough:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 0.5 ½ cube yeast, fresh
  • 30 g butter
  • 40 g suar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 80 g milk, lukewarm

For covering:

  • 1 kg plum (s), alternatively plums

For the sprinkles:

  • 150 grams flour
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 75 g butter
  • 10 g milk
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. For the dough, put all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and knead the dough for 1.5 minutes / level, transfer and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  2. Wash, stone and halve the plums.
  3. For the crumble, put all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix for 12 sec / speed 4.
  4. Line a springform pan (at least 26 cm) with baking paper, add the dough and make a 2 cm high rim. Cover with the plums tightly. If these are a bit sour, sprinkle a little sugar over them. Spread the sprinkles on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 35 minutes.
  5. For 12 pieces. One piece contains approx. 279 kcal, 6 g protein, 8 g fat and 43 g carbohydrates.
