Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 1 cube yeast
  • 500g flour
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 100 g butter or mararine
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 ½ kg plum (s) or apricots

For the sprinkles:

  • 200 g flour
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 150 g butter or mararine
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix the yeast with the flour, sugar and the egg briefly. Melt the fat and only briefly warm the milk in it. Then add to the yeast mixture and stir (dough hook or by hand) until the dough loosens from the bowl. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes to 1 hour (until it has doubled).
  2. In the meantime, make the crumbles and store them briefly in the refrigerator. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet and place the prune halves on top. Then spread the crumble over the top and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 - 45 minutes.
