Ingredients

  • 100 grams flour
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 100 g smoked bellies
  • 3 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 0.5 ½ point baking powder
  • 100 g plum (s), dried
  • 4 tablespoon parmesan, grated
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Cut the bacon into strips and fry lightly. Finely chop the plums.
  2. Mix the eggs, cream cheese, flour and baking powder well and add the bacon and plums one at a time. Since the mass is quite firm, add the milk in portions and stir. Finally fold in the parmesan.
  3. Grease the muffin pan, fill with the mixture and bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes. Serve warm.
