Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Make a shortcrust pastry from the ingredients from flour to butter and chill.
  2. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet, pull up the edge. Preheat the oven to 160 °. Stone the plums, cut into wedges and place on the dough. Make a cream with the remaining ingredients and pour over the plums. Bake the cake for 50 minutes. Tastes heavenly!
