- 300 g plum (s)
- 60 g nuts (e.. walnuts or almonds), round
- 20 g flour
- 30 g butter, cut into pieces
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- cinnamon

- Halve the plums, stone them and place in an ovenproof, greased dish.
- For the crumble, process the ground nuts by hand with the other ingredients to make crumble (if the dough is too soft, add a little more flour if necessary). Spread the streusel over the plums.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes.
- Let cool down briefly before serving and add some cream, if possible.
- Tips: I think the crumble with walnuts is particularly delicious. Whole wheat flour is also good. Instead of plums, you can also use other fruits such as berries. So the recipe is very variable.
