Instructions

  1. For all variants: bring the water to a boil and then remove it from the stove.
  2. Variation 1: Beat the egg in a bowl and let it slide carefully into the pot. With the help of a ladle, take it out after three minutes, season and enjoy.
  3. Variant 2: Beat the egg in a bowl and use a (cooking) spoon to create a strudel in the pot. Let the egg slide into the middle, after three minutes remove it with a ladle, season and enjoy.
  4. Option 3: Spread cling film loosely over a bowl and brush with a little oil. Place the egg on the foil and season. Then tie a package from the cling film and place it in the hot water for three minutes.
  5. Here`s another tip for all variations: the egg is guaranteed to be ready when it feels like mozzarella.
