Poached Eggs

There are several techniques that will allow you to cook a poached egg without much difficulty. All you need is cling film.

Ingredients

  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. Grease the cling film (square piece) with olive oil.
  2. We break the egg into film.
  3. Putting it in a bag.
  4. We bandage (can be fixed with a clothespin).
  5. We put the egg in the film in boiling water (fix it with a clothespin on the side of the pan) Cook the poached egg at a low boil for 4 minutes.
  6. Cut off the top of the bag and free the egg from the film.
  7. The poached egg is ready.
  8. We serve the poached egg on the table.
