Ingredients

  • 500 g potato (s), cooked
  • 350 g minced meat
  • 20 ml oil
  • 1 onion (s), chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.5 ½ pointed cabbage
  • Tabasco
  • Worcester sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 20 g butter
  • 20 g flour
  • 100 ml milk
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • 60 g processed cheese
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat well in the oil with onion and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Put aside. Sauté the finely chopped pointed cabbage in the frying fat for 5 minutes and season with salt, pepper, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Prepare roux from the butter and flour in a saucepan. Deglaze with milk and broth and simmer for 5 minutes. Dissolve the processed cheese and cream cheese in it and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  3. Layer the cut potatoes, minced meat and pointed cabbage in a baking dish. Pour the sauce over and sprinkle with parmesan. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
