Ingredients

  • 600 g minced meat, beef and pork mixed
  • 1 small pointed cabbage
  • 2 piece (s) spring onion (s)
  • 1 small Can (s) tomato (s), cut into pieces
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • oregano
  • Herbs, Italian
  • Oil (garlic oil), for the shape

Instructions

  1. Crumble the minced meat and fry in a little olive oil. Chop the onions and garlic cloves, add to the minced meat and fry briefly. Season with pepper, salt and paprika, remove and keep warm.
  2. In the meantime, cut the pointed cabbage into large strips and fry them in the pan. Add the spring onions and fry briefly. Then add the tomatoes with the liquid and bring to the boil briefly. Season with oregano, pepper, salt and Italian herbs.
  3. Now put the minced meat and vegetables in a casserole dish that has been greased with garlic oil. You can mix everything or fill in in layers. Brush with the sour cream and place in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
