- Prepare food. A 200 ml beaker was used as a measuring glass.
- Boil water, salt. Add butter to boiling salted water.
- Then add cornmeal to the water with oil and, without stirring, boil.
- Cook the corn porridge over low heat for 15-20 minutes. Stir with a wooden spatula until smooth.
- Then cover and cook the porridge for another 15-20 minutes.
- Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
- Sprinkle ready-made polenta with grated cheese.
