Ingredients

  • 300 g asparaus, cleaned
  • 1 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • butter
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the asparagus as usual.
  2. Toast breadcrumbs in the melted butter. You can determine the amount yourself, the more it tastes, the better it tastes! Then spread the breadcrumbs over the asparagus and briefly let everything get crispy under the hot oven grill.
  3. Before serving, chop the hard-boiled egg and sprinkle with the parsley over the asparagus.
  4. Tips: Serve as a starter on buttered toast.
  5. If the asparagus is intended as a side dish, then parsley potatoes tossed in butter and cooked or raw ham go well with it.
