- 1.2 kg apples, a sour variety e.g., Granny Smith
- 4 medium egg (s)
- 200 g suar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor, vial
- 125 g flour
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
- Oil, for the mold

- Oil a springform pan with a diameter of 24 cm and dust with flour.
- Wash, peel and core the apples, cut into small pieces and distribute in the form. Mix the eggs, sugar and vanilla flavor with the whisk of a hand mixer until creamy. Sift the flour over it and fold in. Pour the batter over the apples and distribute them.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 150 ° C for 50-60 minutes. Cover the cake with aluminum foil after 45 minutes. Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool in the tin. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
