  • 1 glass sugar
  • 2 glasses flour
  • 0.5 ½ glass oil
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 6 apples

Instructions

  1. Grease the baking sheet & set aside.
  2. Beat eggs, sugar & vanilla sugar until frothy, add flour with baking powder and oil.
  3. Peel the apples & cut into small pieces, then add to the batter & spread everything on the baking sheet.
  4. Cake needs to bake at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.
