  • 5 egg (s)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 glass salmon substitute (red pollock slices in vegetable oil)
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • pepper
  • Parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard boil eggs, quench and peel them. Cut the onion and eggs into cubes and the salmon substitute. Mix all ingredients with the mayonnaise, season with pepper and garnish with parsley.
  2. I serve the salad on toast.
