Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg fish fillet (s), (saithe, or alternatively redfish)
  • 250 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 3 scoops mozzarella
  • some olive oil
  • Balsamic Cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Spice mix, (fish spice)

Instructions

  1. Brush an ovenproof dish with a little olive oil. Cut the pollack into pleasing pieces and season well with the fish spice. Place in the ovenproof dish. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and spread them generously on the fish. Season with pepper and the balsamic cream. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices with a mozzarella cutter or a sharp knife and spread over the tomatoes. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 25-30 minutes.
  2. Potatoes, mashed potatoes or ciabatta go well with this.
