Pollock Baked with Tomatoes and Cheese

Many people love fish, but often deny themselves the pleasure of enjoying this product, because they believe that cooking takes a lot of time, and you will have to tinker a lot. This dish breaks these stereotypes. Pollock fillet, baked with tomatoes and cheese, is easy and quick to prepare, but the fish is incredibly juicy and tasty.

Ingredients

  • Pollock fillet – 600 g
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Tomato – 1 pc.
  • Sour cream – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Wash pollock fillet, blot with a paper towel and cut into medium pieces.
  2. We put the fish in a baking dish. Salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the tomato into slices. We spread the tomato slices on the fish.
  4. Grease a layer of tomatoes with sour cream. Three cheese on a coarse grater.
  5. Sprinkle the fish with tomatoes evenly with cheese. We bake pollock with tomatoes and cheese in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
  6. Pollock fillet baked with tomatoes and cheese, ready.
