  • 2 fish fillet (s) (pollack fillet)
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 1 scoop mozzarella or other cheese
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • breadcrumbs
  • basil
  • garlic
  • oregano
  • Lemon juice
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Put some oil in a baking dish. Season the fish with salt and pepper, place in the baking dish and drizzle with lemon juice.
  2. Now peel the tomatoes, garlic and onion and cut into small pieces, like the bell peppers. Spread everything over the fish. Add the basil and oregano and sprinkle the cheese over the fish. Cover everything with breadcrumbs.
  3. Put in the oven at 180 ° C until everything is nice and crispy brown.
