Ingredients

  • 1 squid (s), cleaned
  • 1 dash vinegar for the cooking water
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, sliced or diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Peperoncini, to taste
  • 1 small Bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1 small Can tomato (s)
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 glass white wine

Instructions

  1. Cook the squid in vinegar water for about 1 to 1.5 hours.
  2. Then divide it into pieces.
  3. Fry the garlic in oil, add the squid pieces and sauté a little. Add the peperoncini to taste, pour the tomatoes over the top, season with salt and pour over white wine.
  4. Let simmer for about 30 minutes.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve.
