Ingredients
- 2 pomegranates
- sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 150 ml sparkling wine, or carbonated mineral water (chilled)

- Pre-cool the glasses.
- Halve the pomegranates and set aside some seeds for the garnish. Squeeze out the juice and mix with sugar if you like. Chill the squeezed juice for about 1 hour.
- Just before serving, mix the pomegranate juice with the lemon juice and pour into the chilled glasses. Top up with the sparkling wine or mineral water. Garnish with the seeds that were set aside.
