Ingredients

  • 1 pomegranate
  • 2 persimmons (Sharon fruits)
  • 1 lime (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ honey, liquid, light, e.g. acacia honey
  • 2 teaspoons cane sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate. Wash the Sharon fruits and cut into bite-sized pieces. Squeeze the lime and mix the juice with honey, sugar and cinnamon, adding more cinnamon or sugar if you like. Pour the dressing over the salad and let it steep for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve.
