Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ bottle white wine, from Italy
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 1 sprig marjoram
  • 1 sprig oregano
  • 1 sprig tarragon
  • 1 sprig basil
  • 125 ml olive oil
  • some pepper
  • 1 red pepper, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Bring the white wine to the boil and reduce. If you want the tomatoes to be a little softer, let them cook to taste. Otherwise pour the stock over them. Mix it with the chopped herbs. Pepper, season with hot peppers, soak in the oil and let it steep.
