  • 40 g powdered suar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 4 slices sandwich toast
  • 140 g desiccated coconut
  • some clarified butter

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs, coconut milk, powdered sugar and salt together well. Halve the bread slices diagonally. Place one after the other in the egg mixture, turn several times and let soak a little. Then turn in the desiccated coconut. Heat a little clarified butter and fry the bread slices until golden on both sides. We like to eat applesauce or a fruit compote with it.
