Popcorn and Cashew Chocolate Bars

The amazing taste and unusual structure of this delicacy are provided by the original combination of such products as nuts, popcorn, and two types of chocolate! An exquisite and original treat for those with a sweet tooth!

Ingredients

  • White chocolate – 150 g
  • Black chocolate (50%) – 150 g
  • Cashew nuts – 45 g
  • Salted popcorn without flavorings – 20 g

Directions

  1. Prepare the food you need.
  2. Lightly fry the cashews in a dry frying pan and cut each nut into 2-3 pieces.
  3. Place the white chocolate in a bowl and melt in the steam bath.
  4. Cover the mold (mine is 15×15 cm) with cling film and pour the melted white chocolate into it.
  5. While the chocolate is still hot, like the popcorn and chopped cashews in an even layer. Press the popcorn and nuts lightly into the soft chocolate.
  6. Melt the dark chocolate in the steam bath and pour it over the dessert.
  7. Place the mold in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Carefully remove the dessert from the mold and cut it into portioned bars.
