Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 1 cube yeast, fresh
  • 60 g suar
  • 60 g butter, soft or marerine
  • 200 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 egg (s), size M.
  • 1 pack poppy seed bakery
  • Almond (noun)
  • cinnamon
  • vanilla sugar
  • Cake icing, (powdered sugar icing)

Instructions

  1. Knead the first 7 ingredients into a yeast dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes. Then roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread on the poppy seed baking and sprinkle with flaked almonds, cinnamon .. as desired. Roll up the dough and cut the roll lengthways. Twist the dough into a string and place in a large bread pan or loaf pan lined with baking paper. Then cover and let rise for another 10 minutes.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees top and bottom heat for 35 minutes.
  3. After cooling, brush with icing sugar or sprinkle with icing sugar.
