Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
- 1 egg (s)
- 125 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 60 ml oil
- 250 g yourt
- 1 glass cherry (s)
- 40 g poppy seeds or half a pack poppy seeds

- Place paper cases in the hollows of the muffin tin and preheat the oven to 200 ° C top and bottom heat or 175 ° C fan oven.
- Drain the cherries well. Dab with kitchen paper if necessary.
- Sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda and mix well.
- Beat the egg with sugar until frothy and stir in the vanilla sugar, oil and yogurt. Fold in the flour mixture. Carefully mix a third of the dough with the poppy seeds. Add the cherries to the rest of the batter.
- First pour the cherry batter into the molds and distribute the poppy pastry on top of the cherry batter.
- Then bake for 25-30 minutes.
- When the muffins are golden brown, take them out of the oven, let them cool and enjoy.
