Ingredients

  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 60 ml oil
  • 250 g yourt
  • 1 glass cherry (s)
  • 40 g poppy seeds or half a pack poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Place paper cases in the hollows of the muffin tin and preheat the oven to 200 ° C top and bottom heat or 175 ° C fan oven.
  2. Drain the cherries well. Dab with kitchen paper if necessary.
  3. Sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda and mix well.
  4. Beat the egg with sugar until frothy and stir in the vanilla sugar, oil and yogurt. Fold in the flour mixture. Carefully mix a third of the dough with the poppy seeds. Add the cherries to the rest of the batter.
  5. First pour the cherry batter into the molds and distribute the poppy pastry on top of the cherry batter.
  6. Then bake for 25-30 minutes.
