- 1 glass flour or spelled flour (250 ml glass)

- 4 tablespoon poppy seeds

- Beat the eggs until frothy, add sugar, keep beating until the sugar has dissolved. Pour in the oil while beating constantly. Add flour, salt and poppy seeds.
