Ingredients
- 200 g chocolate, white or better couverture
- 125 g butter, soft
- 125 g suar
- 125 g oatmeal
- 50 g poppy seeds
- 125 g flour
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla sugar or vanilla baking
- 5 drops flavor, (vanilla flavor)
- 1 pinch (s) aroma, (lemon aroma)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 egg (s)

- Roughly chop the chocolate. Stir the butter until peaks form. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, vanilla flavor, lemon flavor and salt and keep stirring. Stir in the egg and stir until the mixture is light yellow. Mix oats with poppy seeds and chocolate and mix in. Mix the flour with the baking powder and gradually sift and mix in.
