  • 175 grams sugar
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 125 g almond (s), rated
  • 200 g poppy seeds, round

Instructions

  1. Beat the yolks, butter and sugar until foamy, beat the egg whites with the vanilla sugar, baking powder and salt until stiff and stir into the egg yolk mixture. Add the almonds and poppy seeds.
  2. Bake in a greased, floured pan for about 60 minutes at 180-200 °
