Mix the soft butter with sugar and eggs until creamy, then stir in the remaining ingredients, spread the batter into a greased and floured springform pan (28 mm).
Peel, quarter, core and cut the apples into thin wedges and stick them all around in the dough.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° for approx. 35 minutes (stick test)
Do not remove the springform rim yet.
Heat the jam and stir well with the rum, prepare the icing according to the instructions and add the jam and spread over the cake, allow to cool - serve with whipped cream and a touch of cinnamon.
