- 100 g parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lemon (s)
- salt and pepper
- parsley

- Cut the cleaned porcini mushrooms into thin slices. Finely slice the parmesan (chips).
- Squeeze the lemon and mix with the oil, chopped parsley, salt and pepper and stir well.
