Instructions

  1. Cut the cleaned porcini mushrooms into thin slices. Finely slice the parmesan (chips).
  2. Squeeze the lemon and mix with the oil, chopped parsley, salt and pepper and stir well.
  3. Mix all ingredients and serve.
  4. Is suitable as a small starter or can also be served on toasted garlic bread, etc.
