Pork Baked in Basil Marinade Ingredients

  • Pork – 600 g
  • For the marinade sauce:
    Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
    Green basil, fresh – 1 bunch
    Parsley greens – 0.5 bunch
    Bulb onions – 1 pc.
    Garlic – 1 clove
    Salt – 1 teaspoon
    Ground pepper – on the tip of a knife
    Sugar (optional) – 0.5 teaspoon

  1. Wash the meat, cut into portions (about 250 g). If you wish, you can beat the pork with a kitchen hammer.

  2. Make pork basil marinade. To do this, sort and wash the basil and parsley. Peel and wash the onion. Peel the garlic. Grind everything in a blender, add vegetable oil, salt and spices to taste. Mix everything.
  3. Help meat in the marinade. Mix well. Cover with cling film. Leave in the refrigerator for 3-12 hours.
  4. Turn on and preheat the oven. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Place the pork in the basil marinade on a baking sheet.

  5. Place the baking sheet with meat in the oven on the middle shelf. Bake the meat in the oven at 190 degrees until tender (about an hour).
