Pork Baked with Cauliflower and Cheese, in Egg and Milk Sauce

I bring to your attention a gorgeous recipe – pork baked with cauliflower and cheese. Meat and cabbage, baked in an egg-milk mixture, under cheese, are very tender, soft, and juicy. Basil and garlic add flavor to the dish.

Ingredients
Pork (pulp) – 250-300 g
Cauliflower – 400 g
Hard cheese (or suluguni) – 80 g
Milk – 150 ml
Eggs (large) – 2 pcs.
Garlic – 3 large cloves
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Dried basil – 1 pinch
Directions
We prepare all the necessary products. Choose lean pork. Cheese can be used both hard and for example suluguni. You can immediately turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
Rinse the cauliflower, dry, and disassemble into inflorescences. We will not cook or blanch the cabbage separately, this is not necessary, since the dish is baked in an egg-milk mixture.
Rinse the pork, dry, and cut into small pieces. Prepare a heat-resistant form, you do not need to lubricate it with oil. Put the cauliflower in a dish, spread the pork pieces on top.
Peel the garlic, cut it into slices, and place between pieces of meat. Drive eggs into a bowl. Pour milk into the eggs. Shake eggs and milk with a whisk.
Pour the egg and milk mixture into a mold with meat and cabbage. Sprinkle everything with salt, ground pepper, and basil.
Grate cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle the meat on top. Cover the form with a lid, foil or parchment. Send to an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes, until meat and cabbage are ready (be guided by the characteristics of your oven).
After a while, serve an appetizing dish to the table. The pork baked with cauliflower and cheese turned out to be very juicy and tasty!
