Instructions

  1. Incise the skin side of the abdomen in a diamond shape and rub the salt on all sides of the abdomen.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Fry the meat skin side down for about 1 hour. Then put the skin side up and fry for another 30 minutes.
