Pork Chops

A relatively simple and delicious dish. It is impossible to cook pork easier.

Ingredients

  • Pork cue ball – 800 g
  • Chicken egg – 2 pcs.
  • Flour – how much will it take
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Vegetable oil – how much will it take

Directions

  1. These are the products. The meat must be fresh.
  2. Cut the meat into 0.5-0.7 cm thick pieces.
  3. Beat off the meat. Salt. Spice up.
  4. Roll the meat in flour. Preheat a frying pan. Pour 3 tbsp of oil.
  5. Break the eggs into a bowl, beat with a whisk. Dip the meat into the egg.
  6. Fry pork chops in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown, 3-4 minutes on each side. Add oil as needed.
  7. The chops are well served with vegetables.
