Ingredients
Pork loin (boneless) – 250 g
Hard cheese – 80 g
Walnuts – 80 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Vegetable oil – 40 g
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions
Prepare the ingredients for the cheese-nut-breaded pork chops.
Wash the meat, dry with napkins and beat off with a hammer. Season the chops with salt and pepper to taste.

Grind the walnuts into small crumbs. Can be grinded in a mortar or with a regular rolling pin.
