Pork Chops in Cheese and Nut Breading

Pork chops in cheese and nut breading can be safely prepared for a festive table. All your guests will appreciate the original crispy breaded meat.

Ingredients

  • Pork loin (boneless) – 250 g
  • Hard cheese – 80 g
  • Walnuts – 80 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil – 40 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Tomato (for serving, optional) – 1 pc.
  • Cucumber (for serving, optional) – 1 pc.

Directions

  1. Prepare the ingredients for the cheese-nut-breaded pork chops.
  2. Wash the meat, dry with napkins and beat off with a hammer. Season the chops with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. For breading, grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  4. Grind the walnuts into small crumbs. Can be grinded in a mortar or with a regular rolling pin.
  5. Stir in cheese and nuts.
  6. Shake the egg with a fork.
  7. Dip the chops into the egg.
  8. Then breaded in a cheese-nut mixture.
  9. Fry the pork chops in a cheese and nut breading in a pan with heated vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides. Pork chops are cooked for 10-12 minutes on average.
  10. Serve ready-made chops in cheese and nut breading immediately.
