Low-fat pork – 400 g
Canned pineapples – 150 g
Cheese – 50 g
Salt – 2-3 pinches
Ground black pepper – 2-3 pinches
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
For serving:
Tomatoes – 1-2 pcs.
Parsley greens – 2-3 sprigs
Lettuce leaves (optional) 3-4 pcs.
Directions
Prepare products according to the pineapple chop recipe.
Rinse the pork, cut into 1-1.5 cm thick pieces
Beat off, salt and pepper.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown (over high heat, fry for 2-3 minutes on one side, and then turn over and fry for 2-3 minutes on the other side)
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Preheat the oven, put the fried pork in a baking dish, put pineapple slices on top
Sprinkle with cheese and bake chops with cheese and pineapple in the oven for 5-7 minutes at 200 degrees.
Wash lettuce or parsley leaves.
Wash the tomato, cut into slices.
Arrange the finished pork chops with pineapple on plates, decorate with green salad leaves or parsley sprigs and tomato slices.
