Ingredients

  • 600 g pork fillet (s)
  • 4 Bratwurst, raw
  • 2 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • salt and pepper
  • 125 ml water
  • 125 ml cream
  • Flour to thicken the sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut the length of the pork fillet approx. 2-3 cm deep, brush the incision with mustard, place the sausages in it, season the fillet and tie tightly with twine. Sear the pork fillet in the pan, then fry it in the oven (200 ° C top / bottom heat) for about 35-45 minutes.
  2. Put the mushrooms in the pan, add 1/8 l water and 1/8 l cream, thicken with flour and season to taste.
  3. Take the pork tenderloin out of the oven, cut into slices and serve with the sauce.
  4. This goes well with pasta, rice or potatoes, as well as salads.
  5. Variations: Baked the pork fillet with cheese just before the end of the cooking time or additionally wrap the sausages in ham.
