Oven Ragout with Pork Fillet, Grilled Sausages and Meatballs

Instructions

Cut the fillet into finger-thick slices, fry, season with salt and pepper.
Mix the minced meat with the bread roll, egg, the chopped small onion and the spices. Shape and fry small dumplings.
Fry sausages. Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry them. Cut large onions into half rings and fry.
Put everything together in a roaster. Mix the cream, sour cream and stock and pour over the meat. Let everything stand overnight.
Cook in the oven for at least 1 hour at 180 ° C, depending on the size of the roaster.
