Ingredients

  • 250 g pork, lean
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 125 ml red wine
  • 1 teaspoon stock, grained
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled flour for binding
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • some cold water
  • some oil

Instructions

  1. Dice the meat and fry in oil. Dice the onion and add it, season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with the red wine and add the instant stock.
  2. Cover and let simmer for about 10 minutes, then add the sliced mushrooms and the ham cut into strips. Let the whole thing stew for another 10 minutes.
  3. Mix the flour with cold water and use it to thicken the sauce. Rice tastes good with it.
