Pork Meatballs

Ingredients
- Pork – 1 kg
- Flour – 1 glass
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chicken egg – 4 pcs.
- Sour cream – 1-2 teaspoon
Directions
- The ingredients for making pork balls are in front of you.
- Wash and dry the meat with a paper towel. Cut the pork into thin slices across the grain. The slice should be about 1 cm thick.
- Take a sharp knife and make notches along the piece, and then across. It turns out a mesh.
- Season the meat with salt and pepper.
- Break eggs into a bowl, add salt. Add a spoonful of sour cream or milk. Beat everything well.
- Sift flour. Dip the meatballs in flour.
- Dip the meat in the egg mass.
- Heat a frying pan, pour 30 g of vegetable oil. Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the pork meatballs over low heat until golden brown.
- On average 3-4 minutes on one side, then turn and brown the pork balls on the other side.
- Place ready-made pork meatballs on a napkin to stack excess fat. Place the meatballs on a dish and serve.
