  • Bay leaf – 4 pcs.
  • Mustard – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

  1. Prepare all the ingredients you need.
    Wash and dry the pork neck.

  2. Peel the garlic. Grate half of the slices on a fine grater, and cut the other into thin plates.
  3. Make punctures over the entire surface of the meat and insert garlic slices into them.
  4. Spread mustard over the entire surface.
  5. Break bay leaves, mix with grated garlic and salt.
  6. Rub the pork with garlic.
  7. Place on a sheet of foil and gently wrap the piece of meat without tearing. This must be done so that the juice does not leak out during baking. Refrigerate for 12 hours.
  8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Pour 100 ml of water into a baking dish and place the wrapped piece of pork. Bake in a hot oven for one hour. Remove from oven and let cool completely in foil. Then refrigerate for 4 hours.
