- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 300 g low-fat quark
- 3 egg (s)
- 150 g breadcrumbs
- 1 clove garlic
- parsley
- rosemary
- curry

- pepper

- Dice the onion and roast in olive oil. Drain the chickpeas, mix with the quark, egg and oil and coarsely puree. Mix in breadcrumbs and onion, press in garlic, add herbs and spices and mix everything well. Shape approx. 10 large meatballs and fry in a little oil on medium heat.
- You can also shape the mass into balls. Fry them briefly and then place in the oven for approx. 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
