Grilled Сhicken Meatballs

Ingredients

  • Minced meat – 1 Kilogram
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Greens – To taste
  • Zucchini – 1 Piece
  • Cheese – 100 Grams
  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Spices – To taste

Directions

  1. Prepare your ingredients.
  2. Dice the courgette, cheese, onion and chop the herbs.
  3. Fry the onion with butter until golden brown.
  4. Mix minced meat with eggs, herbs, add spices. Stir.
  5. Add the zucchini to the onion, fry until the zucchini is tender.
  6. Cool and add to minced meat.
  7. Stir thoroughly, shape into meatballs, add a piece of cheese.
  8. Fry the meatballs in a preheated grill pan until cooked on both sides.
  9. Can be covered with a lid. Grilled chicken meatballs are very good to serve with rice.
